A-Life

Claudia Parzani is one of the founders of A-Life, a new model of preventive medicine that combines medical excellence, advanced technology, and personalized programs with a strong focus on longevity and holistic health optimization. Her work at A-Life reflects a broader approach to innovation: a mindset rooted in anticipating change, rethinking traditional models, and shaping new paradigms at the intersection of health, technology, and human performance.
Alongside her entrepreneurial activity, she has built an international career at the highest levels of business and finance. She is Chair of Borsa Italiana (Euronext Group), a non-executive director at Stellantis N.V., and Senior Advisor to Linklaters and Brunswick. A business lawyer by training, she has extensive experience in capital markets, corporate governance, and complex cross-border transactions, and has held leadership and board roles across multiple sectors, including luxury, media, insurance, and higher education.
Alongside her professional career, Claudia has long been engaged in initiatives with significant institutional and social impact. She is Chair of the Scientific Committee of Fondazione Politecnico di Milano, Deputy Chair of the Italian Group of the Trilateral Commission, and a member of several advisory and governance bodies linked to higher education, humanitarian organizations, and the non-profit sector, including UNHCR Italy.
She is the author of three books on leadership and change, including La rivoluzione degli outsider (Rizzoli, 2024), and is a frequent speaker at international forums.
