He is the CEO of Myndoor Srl, an innovative startup founded in 2021 that develops an artificial intelligence technology capable of early‑detecting stress through the semantic analysis of written and spoken communication.

He has a technical background as an energy engineer and a previous career as a military pilot and Navy officer, accustomed to operating in high‑pressure environments, including conflict zones and missions supporting local communities.

His direct field experience—where human error and stress can have critical consequences—drives his motivation to create solutions for the prevention of stress and burnout.

Role at Myndoor
He leads Myndoor’s vision: shifting from a reactive approach to mental health (intervening when the problem has already escalated) to a preventive, continuous, and data‑driven model integrated into workplace and clinical settings.

He coordinates a multidisciplinary team including software developers, AI and NLP specialists, clinical psychologists, privacy experts, and finance professionals, with the goal of bringing Myndoor’s technology into companies, healthcare, insurance, and the defense sector.

He has guided the company in filing patents, building its proprietary dataset (7 years of data collection), and achieving scientific validation of the model, which reaches around 85% accuracy in identifying stress levels.
Myndoor has won numerous acceleration programs and awards (including Mind the Bridge San Francisco, Innovits Gymnasium, Up2Stars Intesa Sanpaolo, Lazio Innova, CTE Roma, Digisafewell, awards from Il Sole 24 Ore, SMAU London, UCL London), strengthening the project’s credibility at both national and international levels.
