Juan Cassini

Juan Cassini is a second time founder and entrepreneur operating at the intersection of biotechnology and health innovation. He is the co founder and CEO of BioClé, a biotech company developing a novel gut delivery platform based on bacterial extracellular vesicles (bEVs), designed to transport bioactive compounds directly into cells and unlock new levels of efficacy in supplements and functional ingredients.
Prior to BioClé, Juan co founded ByCM, a communications and content company working with professional football players, artists, and music bands. Through this experience, he built and scaled multidisciplinary teams and led projects across sports and entertainment.
Alongside his entrepreneurial path, Juan is a lawyer specialized in startups and venture capital. He previously worked at Tanoira Cassagne Abogados (TCA), the largest venture capital law firm in Latin America, where he advised high-growth startups, investment funds, and corporates on fundraising, structuring, and scaling strategies.
Juan is also a member of global innovation programs such as Singularity University, Sigma Squared Society, and START Global.
