He is the co-founder of Life+, a Turin-based venture builder dedicated to longevity and life science, where he designs open innovation programs for pharma and biotech companies, leads startup creation initiatives, and organizes hackathons that convene scientists, entrepreneurs, and investors around the challenges of healthy aging and lifespan extension.
With a professional background spanning strategic consulting, UX research, and business development across organizations including Healthware Group, Eversana, and Domus Academy, Luca has spent over a decade working at the frontier of health innovation — advising corporate clients, building digital products, and helping life science organizations translate emerging science into market-ready strategy.
