Her work focuses on helping shape and professionalise the longevity clinic ecosystem through strategic frameworks, industry standards, trusted partnerships, and credible pathways connecting individuals with vetted longevity clinics worldwide. She also advises a select number of longevity clinics, founders, and platforms on growth, positioning, education, partnerships, and scalable models for long term impact.

An entrepreneur, advisor, investor, and strategic operator with more than 25 years of business experience, Manjit works at the intersection of longevity, health, education, and technology, helping build purpose driven platforms and ecosystems focused on credibility, scale, and meaningful outcomes. She previously co founded and scaled an award winning education technology company operating in more than 80 countries, which was later successfully acquired.

Known as a connector across the industry, she brings together clinicians, scientists, technologists, educators, investors, and operators to help accelerate the growth of a trusted and evidence led longevity sector. She is particularly passionate about education within longevity and helping both providers and consumers navigate this rapidly emerging field.

Her commitment to longevity is also deeply personal. Living with Multiple Sclerosis, alongside supporting her teenage son through cancer, has profoundly shaped her perspective on prevention, resilience, and the future of healthcare. This lived experience informs her work and reinforces her belief that longevity must be accessible, credible, and human centred.
