Stefano Simontacchi

Stefano Simontacchi is a partner at the law firm BonelliErede, where he served as Chairman from 2018 to 2023 and as Managing Partner from 2013 to 2018.
He has collaborated on several occasions with successive Italian Governments in the drafting and development of legislative measures. Most recently, he worked with the Ministry of Economy and Finance on the Fiscal Delegation reform.

He has served as Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Investment Attraction and, in 2020, was a member of the Committee of Experts on economic and social matters (the so‑called Colao task force), appointed by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers to address the Covid emergency.

He is also President of the Fondazione per la Scuola Italiana and the Fondazione Buzzi.
Stefano Simontacchi is the creator of THE PRISM, an artistic and cultural platform that reaches people through artworks as well as through collaborations, encounters, emotions, and the exchange of ideas.
