Technical Manager

Giorgio Caimi is the Head of the Technical, Research & Development Department at Caimi Brevetti, a historic Italian company known for its design excellence and technological innovation for living and working environments. As the director of the Caimi Open Lab, he coordinates advanced research activities focused on acoustics, innovative materials, and environmental well‑being, promoting an interdisciplinary approach that brings together science, design, art, and technology.

Throughout his career, he has contributed to the development of internationally recognized solutions and patents, including Snowsound® Fiber and A+E (Acoustic + Electromagnetic) technologies, designed to improve the acoustic and environmental quality of contemporary spaces. The Caimi Open Lab has become a benchmark for applied experimentation, collaborating with universities, research institutes, artists, and design professionals.
