Dr. Ninna Granucci is the founder and CEO of Green Spot Technologies, where she is pioneering the transformation of food industry by-products into nutritious, sustainable ingredients through fermentation. With a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and a global journey from Brazil to New Zealand and now France, she has scaled her innovation to an industrial demonstration plant and earned international recognition, including the EU Prize for Women Innovators, the Cartier Women’s Initiative Award and The Earthshot Prize.
