Graduated with honours in Economics and Commerce, registered Auditor, and Academic of the Italian National Academy of Agriculture, she is currently President of Granlatte coop - parent company of Granarolo Spa –, Vice president of Granarolo and Head of European Affairs of Italian Legacoop Agroalimentare.
She is also President of CRPA – Research Center for Animal Productions.
She was Councillor for Agriculture, Hunting and Fisheries of the Emilia-Romagna Region in the period 2015-2020 and, until march 2025, President of AREFLH - European Network of Fruit and Vegetable Regions.
She is, at present, board member of CIRFOOD coop, a leading company in HoReCa sector, of Progeo coop, active on crops production and feed, and of Consorzio Il Biologico, representing the leading companies in organic Italian food
She is Honorary member of the National Association of Women in Fruit and Vegetables and the National Association of Women in Wine.
