Metabolic Walking is a specialized walking technique designed to activate key muscle groups, stimulate metabolism, and enhance overall well-being. This dynamic outdoor workout blends walking with posture exercises and aesthetic gymnastics, providing a full-body experience that improves fitness and health.
The session begins with a short introduction at the Triennale, followed by a guided walk in the park. Expert trainers will lead the workout using a wireless headset, offering real-time coaching for proper technique and motivation. Participants will also use the F-Band, a specially designed resistance tool that ensures precise and assisted execution of exercises.
