About Us

The Milan Longevity Summit 2026 was created around a simple but urgent idea: we cannot talk about living longer without rethinking the systems we live in.

For decades, longevity has been framed as a scientific or medical pursuit. Today, it is something far broader. The way we produce food, design cities, build businesses, invest capital and shape policy all influence not just how long we live, but how well we live, and for how long our societies can sustain that wellbeing.

This is where the Summit positions itself: at the intersection of disciplines, industries and perspectives that rarely meet, but increasingly depend on each other. By bringing together scientists, CEOs, policymakers, investors and cultural voices, it creates a space to move from fragmented conversations to systemic solutions.

At the heart of this work is a multidisciplinary Scientific Committee, ensuring that every idea is grounded in evidence while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. Because progress in longevity is not just about discovery; it’s about translation, adoption, and scale.

The pillars of progress:
a blueprint for a longer, better world

Rooted in the One Health approach, the Milan Longevity Summit unites human, planetary, and economic well-being. Six interconnected pillars drive our mission, each one shaping a more resilient, inclusive, and prosperous future.
