Dalila D'Ingeo

A professional with ten years of experience in research, teaching, and consulting on topics such as multiculturalism and intercultural competencies, generational differences and longevity, social networks, and workplace well‑being. Throughout her career in both local and international contexts, she has developed innovative and accessible tools and methodologies to design learning pathways and content for diverse classrooms and audiences, ranging from corporate environments to schools, universities, NGOs, and associations.

For nine years, the instructor lived in the United States, where she earned a PhD in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Florida, followed by several years of teaching and consulting at the same institution. During this period, Dalila D’Ingeo published articles in international scientific journals, received research recognition and development awards, produced impact‑evaluation reports for major institutional and governmental bodies, and obtained certification as an intercultural mentor.

At Valore D, Dalila D’Ingeo serves in the Research & Knowledge Management function, leading research projects, developing training content, and contributing as a lecturer in webinars, in‑person courses, and training programs aligned with her areas of expertise.
