Ulrike Dobelstein-Lüthe is Managing Director of REDEZEIT FÜR DICH and of the Fürstenberg Foundation—two interconnected German non-profit organizations focused on mental health support for young people and their families. She brings nearly 20 years of professional experience in education and seminar development for the digital and media industry, where she built a bachelor's education institution and a continuing education division. She has volunteered as a mentor at the MUT Academy for young people. Her personal experience accompanying a loved one through serious illness motivated her to help build the Foundation, which she has led since March 2024. REDEZEIT FÜR DICH, founded in 2020, connects people in emotional distress with over 350 trained volunteer listeners across Germany through a free digital platform.
