Andrea Rapaccini has extensive experience in various leadership and advisory roles, currently serving as President of Music Innovation Hub, the first social enterprise in the music business, since July 2018. His earlier career spans McKinsey & Company, a partnership at management consultancy Value Partners, and North sales management at GS supermercati, with an academic grounding in Economics and Marketing from Bocconi University. MIH acts as a think tank, production company, and consultancy for the music industry, policy makers, local government bodies, and cultural institutions, incubating new artistic talents with a special focus on export-oriented sounds and running the annual Linecheck Music Meeting and Festival, the largest music conference and showcase festival in Italy.
