Ava Esh is the Founder & CEO of miræ — a behavioural intelligence platform built at the intersection of depth psychology, affective neuroscience, and AI. Her work addresses the gap the longevity field has largely left unaddressed: not how long we live, but the inner architecture that determines how we actually function across that lifespan.
miræ is not a wellness app. It is behavioural intelligence infrastructure — designed to map the psychological patterns, cognitive loops, and somatic signatures that govern human coherence. Where most digital health tools surface symptoms, miræ models the system underneath: the layer foundation models cannot build alone, because it requires depth psychology, somatic intelligence, and systemic AI working in concert.
Prior to founding miræ, Ava held senior roles at Deloitte, KPMG, BCG, Baker & McKenzie, and the United Nations. She brings to the platform a rare combination of institutional rigour and deep personal investment in the science of human transformation.
miræ launched in 2026, backed by a founding team spanning Imperial College and NHS neuroscientists, a licensed psychotherapist with specialisms across AEDP, EMDR, IFS and Brainspotting, and engineers with experience at Mastercard, MercadoLivre, and beyond.
