Barbara Falcomer

General Director

Barbara Falcomer has over 20 years of managerial experience in the luxury sector, including 10 years as CEO of Montblanc Italy – Richemont Group.
She has also held managerial roles at Mediaset, Beiersdorf and Coty.
She is a business angel in several tech startups and a mentor in the luxury, fashion and retail sectors, offering her experience, strategic vision and execution capabilities to support the development of young managers and the growth of new projects.

Since 2017, she has been the Managing Director of Valore D, a non-profit association of companies committed to promoting gender balance, the value of diversity and an inclusive culture within organizations. In this role, Barbara contributes to and influences cultural and organizational change, fostering sustainable development that creates value for individual companies and supports the social and economic progress of the country.

In 2021, she served as Deputy Chairwoman of the G20 Empower alliance.
She is an independent board member in publicly listed companies.

Originally from Veneto, Barbara graduated in Languages and Foreign Literature in Venice, then completed her education with the Publitalia ’80 Master’s program and later with an Executive Program at INSEAD. Married with two children, she has a passion for innovation, cooking, science‑fiction films and crime novels.
