After returning to Italy in 2000, she worked at Ciaoweb (Fiat‑Ifil Group) and later joined Matrix (Telecom Italia Group), where in 2004 she became Director of Content and Community for Virgilio.it, Italy’s leading web portal.

She is also active as a panelist in the digital communication industry and as a mentor for young women (including StartupItalia’s #UnstoppableWomen). She curated the books La mamma è sempre la mamma (Mondadori) and The Wom Power. La guida per essere te stess\ (Mondadori Electa), and created and hosted “Rete!”, a segment dedicated to the internet on the La7 news program
