Davide Dattoli is Founder and Executive Chairman of Talent Garden, one of Europe’s leading platforms for digital education and AI transformation. Founded when he was 21, Talent Garden now trains over 35,000 professionals each year, works with more than 150 corporate clients, and operates across multiple markets in Europe, Brazil, and Singapore.

Under his leadership, Talent Garden has evolved into a reference point for organizations and individuals navigating AI-driven transformation, not only at the level of skills, but across culture, organizational design, and operating models. Alongside corporate transformation programs, its campuses have supported thousands of startups over the past decade, including several of Italy’s most successful scaleups and unicorns.

Dattoli is also Co-Founder and Chairman of the Investment Committee of Italian Founders Fund, the first Italian venture capital fund built by founders for founders, bringing together over 100 entrepreneurs and focusing on early-stage investments. In parallel, he is Co-Founder and Chairman of Mirai, a dual-use technology company developing autonomous systems and integrated intelligence platforms for complex operational environments at sea.

As an angel investor, he has backed more than 20 companies, including Bending Spoons, WeRoad, and Will Media, contributing to the growth of Europe’s next generation of technology ventures.

Across all his activities, his focus remains consistent: building the human, technological, and financial infrastructure needed to strengthen Europe’s competitive capacity. He works at the intersection of talent, capital, and innovation, creating the conditions for new ventures and ecosystems to scale.

Dattoli serves on the board of organizations including Fondazione Telethon and has completed executive programs at Stanford University and Harvard Business School. He has been recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe and named among WIRED’s Top Innovators in Italy.
