Elena Massucco is the Managing Director of Corporate Innovation Services at Startupbootcamp, Europe's biggest startup accelerator. In this role, she works at the intersection of innovation and technology, empowering corporate intrapreneurs to enhance their capabilities and define strategies for AI-powered growth. She partners with some of the world's largest organizations, helping them reimagine their products, services, and business models through collaborations with startups and internal venture-building initiatives. Born and raised in Italy, Elena's international career took her through Tokyo, London, Paris, and Bristol before returning to Italy, where she focuses on equipping enterprise teams with frameworks to harness the transformative potential of AI at scale.
