Elga Corricelli

Chief Happiness Officer; Co-Founder, Women in Action; Advisor, LifeGate Way

Elga Corricelli is a human and social sustainability designer, Chief Happiness Officer, Self-Science Trainer, and certified Independent Board Member (INSEAD). She is an Innovation Manager and Professional Coach specialised in organisational and transformational change. She serves as an advisor for LifeGate Way—the sustainable startup accelerator of the Italian LifeGate Group—and is a Co-Founder of the Osservatorio BenEssere Felicità, Italy's first initiative to measure happiness in organisations. She co-founded Women in Action, Italy's first equity-free acceleration programme for women-led sustainable startups, developed in partnership with LifeGate Way and Ventive. Her background spans nearly two decades in the digital and media education sector. She has co-founded ELE Hub and contributes to multiple platforms promoting social sustainability, purpose-led innovation, and gender equity in entrepreneurship.
