Father of four, jurist, counselor, and relational trainer, as well as a mindfulness instructor. For two decades he has been working in the field of organizational well‑being and has founded two foundations, which he currently chairs and directs. He leads training seminars that foster integration processes between meditative practices and relational life. He is currently working on the creation of an organizational ecosystem built around five foundations and capital companies, with the aim of generating an articulated, evolutionary teal‑inspired structure that demonstrates how awareness can enter organizations and give rise to inspired, innovative, and evolving systems.
