Manon Sarah Littek

Dr. Manon Sarah Littek is a board director, entrepreneur, and investor working at the intersection of food, technology, deep tech, and science, with a focus on the transformation of the global food system.

Over her career, she has built and led multiple investment platforms, including corporate venture capital vehicles.

She began her career as an entrepreneur and early technology investor in Silicon Valley for a leading European media company.

She is the Founder and General Partner of Green Generation Fund, a venture capital platform investing across the food and health value chain, from agriculture and AI to functional ingredients, “food as medicine” businesses, as well as energy, and deep tech.

Previously, she co-founded and served as CEO of Katjes Greenfood, Europe’s first food-focused impact investor. She also served as Director of M&A and Managing Director of DLD Ventures at Hubert Burda Media, leading international technology investments and partnerships across Europe and the United States.

In addition to her investment work, she brings significant board-level experience in both startups and established companies, including serving as an Independent Board Director at Flora Food Group, a global food business backed by KKR.

She was named one of the Top 30 Changemakers in Food and Planetary Health in 2025 and received the inaugural Best Female Investor award from KFW Capital in 2022. She holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Oxford and a PhD from Freie Universität Berlin.
