Currently Director of Health and Territorial Welfare at the City of Milan, he has spent his career designing and managing services for ageing populations, people with disabilities, mental health needs, and end-of-life care within complex metropolitan systems. He holds a degree in Sociology (summa cum laude, University of Trento), a European Diploma in Cultural Project Management, and postgraduate qualifications in Organisational Counselling and Death Studies. A practitioner at the intersection of public health, social inclusion, and community infrastructure, he brings direct experience with EU-funded programmes (PNRR Mission 5), cross-institutional governance, and large multidisciplinary teams.
