Nikolina Lauc is the CEO and Co-founder of GlycanAge, a leading health-tech and longevity startup whose technology was developed over more than 30 years of research, supported by €40 million in European grant funding. Leveraging the world’s largest proprietary dataset of the human glycome, GlycanAge is pioneering advanced blood-based biomarkers for the prediction of age-related diseases.

The company recently raised €7.4 million ($8.7 million) in fresh funding to accelerate the clinical development of its technology and expand access to glycan testing for clinicians worldwide.

Nikolina is a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record in scaling startups and leading high-growth teams. A Draper University alumna and Foresight Institute Fellow, she was also recognized as Croatia’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2023.
