Founder, ManagingPartner of Arwin&Partners, strategic financial communications and ESG advisory firm.
Between 2014 and 2018, Piero was Head of Investor Relations at UniCredit Group. He implemented two strategic plans and a €13 billion rights issue. In 2017, he was ranked third as "Runner Up" in the IRO category, and under his leadership, UniCredit was ranked first as the top IR bank in Europe, as well as for Corporate Governance and Disclosure
While at UniCredit, Piero held several key positions including Global Co-Head of Corporate Finance & Advisory and Head of Insurance Investment Banking
Between 2003 and 2007, Piero managed the European P&C Run-Off at Swiss Re and was Executive Member of Staff in the M&A department at Zurich Insurance
Previously, he was Vice President at JPMorgan Chase in the European Financial Institutions team, and before that, an equity analyst at Deutsche Bank.
