Adama Sanneh

Adama Sanneh is the co-founder and CEO of the Molekine Foundation. In his leadership role, he combines expertise in management and cultural studies to promote social change. He has built a global network of creatives addressing some of the world’s most pressing challenges, from climate change to social justice, democracy, and human rights.

He holds degrees from the Bocconi School of Management and the University of Geneva. His career spans international development and social innovation, with experience working with the United Nations and other international organizations.

He explores the intersection of creativity, culture, and social impact, making him a key voice in creative leadership, philanthropy, and ESG/CSR strategy. His work has been featured in The New York Times, Harvard Business School, Vogue, TEDx, and others. He serves on the board of directors of the Philanthropy Europe Association and the Democracy and Culture Foundation. By harnessing creativity for social good, Adama inspires institutions, companies and funds to integrate purpose, creativity and impact.
