Alberto Beretta

Physician-scientist and immunologist with extensive experience in translational biomedical research. After earning his medical degree and completing a PhD in immunology at the Karolinska Institute, he joined the Pasteur Institute in Paris, where he contributed to pioneering research on HIV infection. He later led a research unit at San Raffaele Hospital in Milan, focusing on immune
defense, chronic infection, and aging. His work now centers on immune aging and its implications for healthspan and longevity. He is currently President of the SoLongevity Foundation.
