Alessandro Lattuada is Managing Director of Otsuka Pharmaceutical Italy, the Italian affiliate of Otsuka, a Japan based global healthcare company.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, he has held senior leadership roles in multinational companies including Takeda, Shire, Almirall, and Boehringer Ingelheim, developing a long standing connection with Japanese healthcare culture through his current role at Otsuka. He is particularly interested in innovation in medicine, rare diseases, and the societal impact of healthcare systems.
In addition to his executive role, he serves as Non Executive Board Member of Rubedo Italy, is active as a business angel in biotech and life sciences in IAG , and contributes to industry level initiatives through the Italian pharmaceutical association (Farmindustria), promoting healthcare and digital innovation.
