Alessia Canfarini is Equity Partner at Business Integration Partners (BIP) and Head of the Centre of Excellence in Human Capital, where she leads the firm’s agenda at the intersection of digital transformation, organizational design, and people strategy.

With over 25 years of experience in HR strategy, change management, and leadership development, she works with global organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, to design talent models adapted to the fourth industrial revolution. Her work focuses on integrating technology, diversity, equity and inclusion, and cultural transformation into business strategy.

A certified coach with an academic background in organizational psychology, Canfarini is also a board member, strategic advisor, and member of the Steering Committee of Assoconsult. She is the author of Human Capital 4.0 (FrancoAngeli, 2021) and a recognized voice in Italy’s leadership and sustainability discourse, as well as a TEDx speaker and recipient of the Premio Minerva 2025.
