Antonio Naddeo
President
ARAN

I am an economist and public executive, currently serving as President of ARAN, the Agency that represents Public Administrations in national collective bargaining for the public sector. Over the years, I have held several senior positions within the public administration, including Head of the Department for Public Administration and Regional Affairs and Chief of Staff.
My work focuses on public‑sector employment, administrative organization, and policies for the modernization of the Public Administration, with an approach that integrates contracts, regulations, and leadership. Through my blog and my YouTube channel @antonionaddeo, I explore the ‘behind the scenes’ of reforms, collective bargaining, and organizational decision‑making, using language that is accessible yet rigorous.
I have a particular interest in the impact of artificial intelligence on public administration, the economy, and democracy: its opportunities, risks, and the conditions needed to ensure that algorithms truly serve the public interest. If you work in public administration, public management, labor, or policy studies, you’ll find here analyses, insights, and open conversations for executives, young professionals, and engaged citizens.
