She has a strong background in Corporate Finance, M&A and investments combined with a deep expertise in Energy Transition, Decarbonization projets and new technologies.
She has held leadership roles in large international energy groups (eis ENGIE) and in the Venture Capital as Senior Partner at CDP Venture Capital’s Green Transition Fund.
Cristina brings a unique perspective on scaling innovation from early-stage startups to industrial deployment, with a proven track record spanning investment strategy, complex transactions, new business creation and corporate transformation. As a non-executive board member, she focuses on sustainable growth, governance and innovation, supporting management teams in executing profitable and resilient strategies in an international context.
