Diana Saraceni

Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Diana Saraceni is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Panakès Partners, a leading independent MedTech and life sciences venture capital firm investing in early-stage and growth-stage companies primarily across Europe and Israel. She has over 20 years of venture capital experience and has personally led investments in more than 60 startups. She began her career in strategic consultancy at A.T. Kearney, then moved to investment banking at Lazard, before co-founding 360 Capital Partners in 2001—a pan-European VC firm she led for over a decade. In 2015, she co-founded Panakès Partners, which manages two funds totalling over $250 million. She holds an engineering degree from The American University of Rome and an MBA from LUISS Guido Carli University, Rome. She is fluent in Italian, English, French, and Spanish.
