Longevity Strategist

As a longevity strategist I offer consultancy on population's aging and how to engage this target group, in everyday life and in the workplace. I'm especially involved in orienteering:
- HR in developing corporate DIQ, Demographic Intelligence Quotient, and Age-Management policies, in order to help companies be better prepared for the demographically-driven changes to come
- financial consultants in developing skills and sensibility on the longevity planning.
Editorial contributor and speaker (24 Ore BS, Bologna Business School, AIPB, We Wealth Longevity Forum, Tel Aviv Fintech for Longevity Conference).
My overall expertise combines:
- 20 years in advertising and communication
- general manager at Y&R Italy
- CEO and President at Y&R México
- 3 years as publishing director for a small financial editorial
- contributor for financial magazines.
Volunteering with a Norwegian NGO first in Lesbos, during the refugees emergency, and then in North Greece, in two camps at the border with Makedonia.
My big interest for aging societies led me to create a startup company with other partners: A.L.I. Active Longevity Institute, with the aim of offering consultancy and survey on a private panel.
