Lorenzo Fariselli, Director of Six Seconds Europe, has a degree in Psychology with a Master's degree in Strategic Business Management and is responsible for managing the world's largest Emotional Intelligence Network in Europe. His areas of expertise are Emotional Intelligence, Change Management, Assessment and he is co-creator of the SEI and Vital Signs line, tools used internationally to measure drivers of personal and organizational performance.
Fostering the construction of learning contexts in which everyone has the opportunity to improve is his noble goal.
