Luigi Riva

President

Luigi Riva is President of Assoconsult—Italy's Confindustria association for management consulting companies—a position he has held since 2022. He is also Founder and President of Strategic Management Partners, a leading Italian management consulting firm he established in 2000, which today comprises over 200 professionals across five offices (Milan, Genoa, Naples, Rome, and Verona). He holds an engineering degree from the Politecnico di Milano and a Master's from Bocconi University. His work focuses on strategy, digital transformation, customer experience, and operational excellence for both large enterprises and Italian SMEs. He has been an active member of Assoconsult since 2013, progressing through roles including Area Nord coordinator, VP, and President (2022–2026).
