Mariuccia Rossini is the founder, President and CEO of Gruppo Over, Italy's first major player in innovative senior care for both self-sufficient and dependent older persons. A physician by training (MD, University of Milan), she began her career in the pharmaceutical sector before founding the Segesta Group in 1995—now Korian Italia—a network of clinics, residential care facilities, and home care services. She served as President and CEO of Korian Italia before founding Gruppo Over in 2020. She is President of the Silver Economy Network, Italy's first Confindustria-affiliated network dedicated to companies developing solutions and services for the longevity economy. She is a prominent voice on active ageing, the silver economy, and the transformation of elder care models in Italy and Europe.
