Martina Pace
Partner, COO & Head of Impact
Peakbridge

Martina Pace is Partner at PeakBridge, a venture capital fund with $260 million deployed across 36 companies at the intersection of food, nutrition and health. She was the fund's first employee, and now, as Partner is focused on what the firm calls Intelligent Nutrition: making nutrition a functional layer of healthcare through science, evidence and technology.
PeakBridge sees many companies each year claiming to solve health problems. We determine which are backed by real science, which have defensible regulatory positions, and which can scale. PeakBridge is already investing in clinically anchored ingredients and food-as-medicine platforms, where metabolic, hormonal and musculoskeletal changes demand evidence-based nutritional interventions, not just well-marketed products.
She has built PeakBridge's impact framework from scratch, tying the fund's carried interest to measurable health outcomes at portfolio company level. A mother of two, she approaches women's health not as an abstract market opportunity but as a woman with the professional tools to tell evidence from wishful thinking.
Before PeakBridge, Martina led EMEA manufacturing projects at Procter & Gamble and co-established the Technology Transfer Office and Business Incubator at the University of Malta. She holds a first-class MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Leeds and a Master's in Entrepreneurship.
