Paola Zaratin

Director

Paola Zaratin, PhD, has worked for AISM and FISM since 2010 as Director of Scientific Research. She brings more than 30 years of experience in neuroscience research developed across public, private, and non-profit sectors. She has deep expertise in neuroscience research and drug discovery, and served as Coordinator of the EU Responsible Research and Innovation H2020 MULTI-ACT project and co-chair of the Scientific Committee of the global Patient Reported Outcomes Initiative for MS (PROMS). She is the author of more than 80 publications. Her work is dedicated to translating research into concrete outcomes for people living with MS, championing patient-centric and multi-stakeholder approaches to clinical research.
