Patrick Oungre is the CEO of A2A Life Ventures, the innovation hub of Italian utility group A2A, which consolidates the group's activities in AI, corporate venture capital, and the development of new businesses across energy, environment, and infrastructure. He joined A2A in January 2020 as Group Head of Innovation and Corporate Venture Capital, following over 16 years in international strategy consulting. He has also co-founded Limenet, a deep tech company focused on ocean-based carbon removal. Under his leadership, A2A partnered with 360 Capital for two successive CVC funds (360 Life I and 360 Life II, €200M target), and collaborated with 600+ startups on pilot projects across clean energy, circular economy, and AI. He holds an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi. He serves on the advisory board of EUREKA! Venture SGR and has been a key architect of Italy's open innovation ecosystem.
