Driven by a deep passion for sport and people development—and supported by an academic background from IULM University—I chose to turn my vocation into a concrete professional path. For several years, I have held a strategic role within the Human Resources department at Decathlon Italia, where I pursue a mission that is essential to me: promoting equal opportunities, psychophysical well‑being, and the value of every individual talent.

Working in HR is not just a job; it is a true daily mission. I am committed to fostering a work environment and corporate culture that are genuinely inclusive, welcoming, and sustainable over time. My goal is to create an ecosystem where every person feels safe and free to express their abilities and identity to the fullest.

I firmly believe in the courage and transformative power of guidance, especially in contexts that evolve rapidly and demand continuous innovation. I am passionate about studying change, spreading its culture, and translating it into practical actions in everyday life, enabling organizations and people to evolve together.

This natural drive toward support and growth led me to qualify as a Coach—a deliberate choice to enrich my professional toolkit and accompany people even more effectively and consciously as they navigate the major challenges of today and tomorrow.
