

Peter Kash
Chairman

Previously, Dr. Kash was a co-founder, partner, and Chairman of Two River Group, and President of Riverbank Capital Securities, where he specialized in the creation and financing of biotechnology companies. Over the course of his career, he has co-founded more than a dozen biotech companies and raised over $2 billion in private and public financing, generating more than $20 billion in peak aggregate market value. His portfolio companies have achieved six FDA approvals to date.
Dr. Kash has spent over 30 years on Wall Street, including roles at Shearson Lehman Hutton and Paramount Capital. At Paramount, he co-founded and financed PolaRx Biopharmaceuticals, which developed Trisenox, the first cancer drug from China approved by the FDA.
In addition to his investment career, Dr. Kash has held numerous academic appointments. From 1990 to 1992, he was an Associate Professor of Marketing at Polytechnic University. He later served as an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at The Wharton School (1996–2000), a Visiting Professor of Entrepreneurship at Nihon University’s Graduate School of Business in Tokyo (2000–2002), and a Visiting Professor at Hebrew University in 2015. He has lectured and delivered keynote addresses worldwide, having visited more than 80 countries.
Dr. Kash holds a B.S. in Management Science from SUNY Binghamton, an MBA in International Banking and Finance from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University, and a Doctorate in Education from The Azrieli Graduate School of Yeshiva University.
He is the author of several books, including the international bestseller Make Your Own Luck (Prentice Hall), published in eight languages and distributed in over 70 countries; Freedom From Disease (St. Martin’s Press); and Take Two Tablets: Medicine from the Bible. Dr. Kash has appeared as a television host on FNN and as a guest on CNBC, Fox & Friends, WB11, The Dr. Oz Radio Show, and others. He delivered his first TEDx talk in London in 2019.
