Rosario Messineo is Head of the Ground Systems Engineering area at ALTEC, a public-private company operating in the field of ground support services for space missions. He oversees the implementation of ground system, ensuring effective coordination across the two operational units of mission control and data processing within his division.

He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino and, after a brief experience in research, began his career in the space sector. He is actively involved in the transformation and evolution of ground systems, aiming to address the challenges of future missions and to leverage the opportunities offered by emerging technologies.
