Sabina Belli

CEO

Sabina Belli joined the Kering Group in 2015 as CEO of Pomellato Group.
Raised between Italy and France, Belli began her career in advertising with the global communications group WPP, managing product-oriented accounts at Ogilvy & Mather and Young & Rubicam from 1983 to 1991. In 1991, she joined L’Oréal Luxe, as Product Manager for Helena Rubinstein, then as International Brand Manager for Giorgio Armani fragrances from 1994 to 1996. Her expertise in luxury continued to flourish at LVMH Group, where she held leadership roles from 1996 onward: International Brand & Marketing Managing Director for Christian Dior Parfums, Image and Marketing Strategies Managing Director for LVMH Moët Hennessy, and International Brand Managing Director for Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, Belli became Brand Executive Vice President at Bulgari before joining Pomellato three years later.
As one of only 6% of women CEOs worldwide, Belli is acutely aware of the barriers women face across every industry, culture, and country. Determined to transform her experiences into meaningful action, she launched Pomellato for Women in 2017—a global platform amplifying diverse female voices and championing gender equality, diversity, and inclusion. The initiative has featured powerhouse advocates including Jane Fonda and Cate Blanchett among others. In 2018, Belli authored D Come Donna, C Come CEO, a reflection on her professional journey, donating all proceeds to CADMI, supporting women escaping domestic violence. Today, Belli serves on the Board of Directors of the Kering Foundation, supporting women worldwide, and acts as Vice President for the jewelry sector of Altagamma Foundation, the global ambassador of Italian luxury. She has been named Kering’s ambassador for the LGBTQI+ community and, in 2023, joined the Board of Directors of the IEO Foundation (Istituto Europeo di Oncologia). Since April 2026 Belli has been appointed as leader of the Kering Accademia per le Eccellenze.
