Sophia has never had a job that hasn’t involved sport or health. Currently a professional Hyroxer with a world record to her name, she spent the last five years building out Kanjo Health, a predictive mental health-tech company ( neurodevelopment) that she scaled across MENA and the UK ( Backed by Entrepreneur First, Abu Dhabi Investment Office, Access Industries, Francis Krick Institute and Google) Prior to Kanjo, she was a D1 track and field runner at Duke University, having run for Great Britain in her teens. During this time, she also led what’s considered to be one of the largest mental health campaigns in the UK, following her experience with adolescent Anorexia Nervosa.

Sophia has worked with brands including Nike, Reebok, Women’s Health ( as a US ambassador) among others. She has an average of 1 million views a month on her social media platforms and is the Features writer for BoxRox, the largest global hybrid magazine. She was recently awarded Forbes 30 under 30 for Sciences and Technology.

Sophia is currently building out The Quarter, a performance focused members club with the aim of helping people perform better for longer. With a focus on longevity, personalised technology and the benefits of community routine and ritual, The Quarter launches at the end of 2026.
