Stefano Castrignanò

Presidente Osservatorio Italian Welfare

Stefano Castrignanò is President of the Italian Welfare Observatory, the first Observatory in Italy dedicated to “Global Welfare”.
Author of numerous scientific publications, he teaches in executive master’s programs at various Universities and Business Schools and collaborates with the Department of Statistical Sciences at “La Sapienza” University of Rome.

He is Vice President of the Telemaco Pension Fund and a Board Member of the Astri Pension Fund.
He serves as General Director of the Pension Fund for Executives of the RAI Group companies and of the Autobrennero Spa Employees’ Pension Fund. He is also a Board Member of Open Venture Spa, a venture capital company.

Through the Italian Welfare Observatory, he developed the “Global Welfare Score”, an innovative algorithm that assesses workers’ overall well‑being. The innovative concept of “Global Welfare” is the foundation of his book Le best practice del Global Welfare in Italia.
