Tiziana Mele

Managing Director

Tiziana Mele has been leading Lundbeck Italy as Managing Director since November 2018. She joined the company in 2014 as Marketing Manager and quickly advanced to take on the role of Commercial Director, becoming, at the age of 39, the first Italian woman to head the Italian affiliate. After graduating with top marks from Bocconi University, she began building her experience in consulting at KPMG and later entered the pharmaceutical sector, where she held roles across several areas, including market access, marketing and sales.
